Stage 02 · in action

Watch the chat test as it happens.

Every chatter runs a live 20-message simulation against a real fan conversation. The next message fires the moment they reply, so there's nowhere to hide. This is one, sped up.

  • 45 seconds a message. Miss the clock and the reply is marked, no second try.
  • Pasting is blocked. Templated or pasted answers score zero and flag the application for review.
  • Speed & hesitation measured. Real typing speed is recorded; long pauses and off-screen time are logged.
  • Scored on the actual job. Rapport, sales judgment and staying on-brief, not just how fast they type.

0

checks before any listing

Skills test, live chat sim, ID, never after a complaint.

0

messages, timed

A real fan conversation, 45 seconds a message, pasting blocked.

Computed from the test, never self-reported.

contracts

No six-month lock-in like the job boards. Pay as you go, or subscribe monthly to save.

The pipeline

Three stages. Every one before listing.

Stage 01SKILLS

Scored skills test

A test written for the actual role. Chatters answer 34 questions on written English, sales judgment and situational instinct, with automatic rejects for weak applications.

Stage 02CHAT

Live chat simulation

20 realistic fan messages, 45 seconds each, and the next one lands the moment they reply. Pasting is blocked, hesitation is measured, typing speed is recorded for real.

Stage 03ID

ID check

A government identity document is required with every application, and the entire test is timed, including any time spent off the page looking up answers.

The results become one Vetted Score from 1.0 to 5.0, computed from the test, never self-reported. The score sets the unlock price: 5 credits per star, so 5 for a 1-star profile up to 25 for a 5-star, roughly $1 to $3 an unlock. Pay as you go, or subscribe monthly to save, with no six-month contract either way. You see the full score and rating before you unlock, so you always know who you are getting.

The bar

What never makes it in.

Most directories list everyone and let you find out the hard way. Here's who our pipeline throws out automatically, before a single profile reaches you.

Under 18

Every applicant states their age. Under-18s are auto-rejected and never listed.

Phone-only setups

Chatters need a real keyboard. Phone-only applicants can't pass the typing test.

Pasted answers

The chat sim blocks pasting. Templated or pasted replies score zero and flag the application.

Inhuman speed

Replies typed faster than a person can type are flagged and held for review.

Ignored instructions

A hidden instruction in the brief quietly catches applicants who didn't read it.

No ID

No government identity document, no listing. No exceptions.

Who's listed

Five roles, one standard.

Chatters

Fan-platform messaging sales for creator-economy pages. A 34-question test plus a live 20-message chat simulation against the clock.

Video editors

Short-form cuts, captions and repurposing for reels and faceless channels. Tested on following a brief exactly.

Content posters

Daily publishing across accounts, exactly as scheduled. Tested on precision and consistency.

AI model operators

Day-to-day posting for AI-generated creator accounts, including spotting bad AI output before it goes live.

Personal-brand assistants

Captions and repurposing in a creator's own voice. Tested on voice accuracy.

Where you'd hire otherwise

Other places test the keyboard. We test the job.

Monthly contract

Subscription job boards

$99 to $299 a month on a 6-month term before you can message anyone. Their testing covers typing speed and internet, not whether they can do the job.

You do the vetting

Mass VA directories

Hundreds of thousands of profiles, an ID check at best. You run every interview and every test yourself.

The terms

Fair by default, for you and the VA.

No lock-in, ever

No six-month contract like the job boards. Pay as you go and spend only on the VAs you unlock, or subscribe monthly to save. Either way you can stop or cancel any time.

You see the score first

Every profile shows the Vetted Score, rating and test results before you unlock, so you know exactly who you are getting before you spend a credit.

You hire directly

No agency in the middle, no markup, no cut of what you pay your VA.

The score can't be gamed

The Vetted Score is computed from the test, never self-reported, and gamed submissions are held for human review.

The standard

A directory where a listing means something. If a VA is here, they have already proven they can do the work, on the clock, under pressure, before you paid a thing.
